There are at least six fund-raising events held each year to support Cruz Roja Chapala.  In the fall there is “Thriller of Ajijic,” that community members participate in the last weekend in October. In early November, the annual golf tournament is held at Vista del Lago. This is the biggest fundraiser for the Cruz Roja and always a lot of fun.  Additionally, the Chili Cook-off in February proceeds benefit the Cruz Roja, and there are various dinners and events throughout the year that also bring in needed funds.

The Cruz Roja Consejo and Volunteers are always looking for ways to make money to support its mission - to provide quality routine, urgent and emergency care to ALL Lakeside residents.
